  Terrible experience with delivery of WASHER/DRYER, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BRICK - We purchased a washer/dryer about a month 1/2 ago. Sales person was very nice. However, once the machine was FINALLY in stock the delivery was awful. We still do not have the new units in our home and it has been three weeks of delivery dates.. First delivery date, the guys gave an excuse about unhooking the hoses from our previous machine, second delivery date (week later) the guy called the day of an hour before the time he was supposed to arrive and said he didn't have all the equipment he needed to install our new machines, third delivery date (a week later and thanksgiving Sunday) the guys came and told us that if they removed our old machine they would badly ruin our floors, we told them that was not true and that we would help carry them, they said they were going back to the truck and then just disappeared without telling us. All three times my husband had set up the previous machine to be taken out by unhooking the hoses and pulling it out from the wall, as well as stayed home with our two year old between the delivery times from 2:30-5:30. We paid for all of the added things such as delivery and install as well as to take our old unit, we were looking to make it as easy as possible for us. We are supposed to talk to the manager tomorrow but at this point it looks like they are not going to help us at all.
